Climate alarmist Greta Thunberg burned some fossil fuel to travel to Davos for the World Economic Forum, where she proceeded to call out the climate alarmists at the WEF for prioritizing self-interest and short-term profits over people and the planet.
Thunberg said it was "absurd" that the world continues to listen to the delegates at the World Economic Forum.
"We are right now in Davos where basically the people who are mostly fueling the destruction of the planet, the people who are at the very core of the climate crisis, the people who are investing in fossil fuels etcetera, etcetera and yet somehow these are the people that we seem to rely on solving our problems," Thunberg said.
"They have proven time and time again that they are not prioritizing that. They are prioritizing self-greed, corporate greed and short-term economic profits above people and above planet."
"These people are going to go as far as they possibly can as long as they can get away with it. They will continue to invest in fossil fuels, they will continue to throw people under the bus for their own gain," she added.
Luisa Neubauer another young climate alarmist brought up Thunberg and her group's recent arrest while protesting coal in Germany.
"And many people then said ‘oh that is an interesting change in scenery coming from the mud in Luetzerath to Davos.' We walked through the dirty mud in Luetzerath and now we are in Davos witnessing dirty deals being made so I'm not sure how much of a change that actually is."
Hard to argue with the analogy there. Cavorting with the WEF should leave someone feeling dirty, but it's hard to stand on a pedestal when the arrest you're flouting turns out to be staged.
Honestly, it's like these people are competing for who can be the bigger clown show.
If you're wondering if Thunberg's words had any effect on the world's most powerful para-governmental organization, let's not forget that she's been to Davos before.
It's where the climate activist gave her "Our House is on Fire" speech in 2019, where she warned:
We are less than two years away from being unable to undo our mistakes.
Now, four years later, the WEF keeps inviting Thunberg back to perform the same song for the masses to keep the climate fear-mongering going, though the clock never changes.
We are perpetually two, ten, fifty years from certain climate doom if we do not embrace the WEF's agenda for global revolution.
At some point you'd hope people would get bored with this drama's repetitive script and change the channel.
