Reverend Roger Haenke of St. John's Episcopal in San Diego, California, was recently busted by People vs. Predators, an online video channel that makes it a practice to catfish pedophiles and pederasts and expose perverts who like teens.
Here's video of the bust.
[Brief strong language]
Roger never denies being on Grindr, which is a gay dating app. He says he "tries" to unmatch anyone who's a minor, but he apparently sees nothing incongruent between his homosexual lifestyle and being a "Christian" priest.
When he realized he was being recorded - or when he realized he said something he didn't want recorded - he tried to shut the camera off.
The video is all we have so far. No news yet of charges or police involvement.
Anyway, that's your weekly update on the Episcopal Church!
