Dr. Fauci is worried that he and his fellow government bureaucrats might lose a little bit of their unlimited power because a judge struck down their illegal power grab.
Bob: But does the CDC, with all respect, have any power anymore if one judge can say "no thanks" to its mandates.
Fauci: Well, that's what we're worried about Bob. We're worried about a precedent that would be a dangerous precedent.
Fauci is worried that the power of the CDC and other unelected government health entities to make up laws and regulations with the power and backing of the federal government might be curtailed...
The idea that the legislature and judiciary have delegated this much power to executive bureaucracies is frightening.
After two years, it's good to see Fauci scared of losing his unconstitutional, invalid "power."
