Dr. Fauci is back, and he says he ain't going anywhere soon!!
The doc went on with ABC's Clinton crony, George Stephanopoulos, and addressed the rumors swirling around that he was readying to retire after nearly 40 years of serving in the Federal Government.
His message: LOL nope! You'll never get rid of ol' Fauci.
Hahahahaha! I'm not so sure, George. I wanna make sure we're really out of this before I really serious consider doing anything different.
We're still in this, we have a way to go. I think we're clearly going in the right direction, I hope we stay that way.
Fauci says he won't leave until we are through the pandemic, which, according to him, is perpetually almost over.
Fortunately for Fauci, he's the person in charge and he IS the SCIENCE, so he's the only one who gets to tell us when the pandemic is over.
Basically, the highest-paid employee of the federal government, Dr. Fauci, won't leave until he's good and ready.
Unless, of course, the Republicans take control of the House and Senate...
If this happens then I am sure that the pandemic will magically be over and Fauci will sail off into the sunset.
