What high-school drama!
In a melodramatic two-and-a-half-minute video announcement where he tried to pretend like he was some sort of noble freedom fighter, McCarthy announced he'll be riding off into the sunset at the end of this month.
One of his bragging points in the video is electing more "minorities and women to Congress than ever before."
