We know that the housing market in the U.S. is the most difficult and inaccessible in decades:

So I'm sorry to say that the Gen Z solution, while terribly depressing, isn't all that surprising:

'[Expletive], I just bought a house on Amazon,' raved lifestyle content creator Jeffrey Bryant, 23, from Los Angeles, Calif., to a TikTok audience of over 8.6 million stunned viewers. 'I didn't even think twice about it.'

Bryant gave his followers a tour of his new abode, and well, if it's all you can afford then I guess it looks pretty nice. I mean it's not terrible.

It basically looks like a house from Amazon.

Another user shared footage of assembling the house. It really is as stupid-simple as any other cheap Amazon product.

I need a break from the madness, so Imma head out and build a log cabin in Alaska.
