Wow, I would've never guessed that when a team of women trans men joined a men's soccer league in Spain, they'd lose their opening match 19-0. Never would've guessed.

I'm just blown away!

Fenix FC is a team of women who are taking testosterone to look like men. Their captain describes them as, "A team of trans boys created entirely by trans boys, but I think it's more than that - a family, a safe space where you can be free and express yourself however you want and how you really feel."

A safe space to get absolutely pummeled on the pitch!

They played their first game in Spanish football's fifth tier and got trounced, 19-0.
