No, this is not satire.
You don't believe me??

Kareem Khubchandani is a South Asian researcher who holds an actual PhD in "performance studies" from Northwestern, just in case you thought higher education was still worth anything.
He was also the inaugural postdoctoral fellow for the Embrey Foundation at the Center for Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, just in case you needed further proof that modern research institutions are run by actual clowns.
Khubchandani likes to dress like a woman as a mockery of women and female sexuality. He chose the name "LaWhore Vagistan" as a play on the name of Pakistan's capital, Lahore.
You can watch him explain how he adopted the persona through his thorough experience with "gay nightlife":
[PG-13 Warning: Gross gay dancing]
In a 2015 interview with Johns Hopkins University Press, Khubchandani said his family is from Pakistan, a nation that executes men for such behavior.
My family traces its origins to Pakistan: Lahore is an important city in Pakistan, and well, I'm a bit of a whore ... and Vagistan because I see the subcontinent as one, big, beautiful Vag … istan.
Did I mention that Khubchandani is a professor at Tufts University in Massachusetts as well?
More on his new Harvard role from the New York Post:
Khubchandani will teach just two classes over the course of two semesters — 'Queer Ethnography' in the fall and 'RuPaulitics: Drag, Race, and Desire' in the spring semester, according to Harvard's announcement.
The latter class will apparently focus on the cable television show 'RuPaul's Drag Race.'
Ivy League education in 2025, ladies and gents.
