Hasbro released an updated Clue game with a diversity makeover, complete with LGBTQ+ representation to continue the mad march to normalizing divergent sexual behavior for children.
(And no, this is not intended to be a special edition.)
Senior VP and general manager of Hasbro Gaming, Adam Biehl says,
For years, the inspired mysteries of Clue have excited fans across the globe through countless game night interrogations, cult classic entertainment offerings and iconic pop culture fandom moments, and today we have a game that more accurately reflects the diversity of its players. This next chapter of Clue invites even more gameplay immersion as players see themselves in a sophisticated fictional murder mystery and crime solving experience.
Diversity in murder.
PROGRESS!
The popular murder mystery game has been around since the 1940s and has gone through a variety of changes.
It was originally called Cluedo, there used to be a gun room and cellar on the board, there used to be more weapons: bomb, syringe, shillelagh, fireplace poker, axe, and poison, and there used to be four more characters: Mr. Brown, Mr. Gold, Miss Grey, and Mrs. Silver.
You might think they'd bring back some of these unused names to fill the diversity quotas, like they did with Mrs. Orchid in the 2016 edition, but that's not how these things work anymore. With the exception of Colonel Mustard, all the popular characters have been replaced.

I can't even post half of what the online LGBTQ+ community is saying about the game because of the overtly sexual nature of it all, but here are a few examples:
