Have You Met Democratic Mayoral Candidate "Paperboy Prince" Yet? Because He's Just... A Lot.
· Jun 24, 2021 · NottheBee.com

Think Aladdin meets pot head meets amateur rapper covered in sparkles and wearing a skirt.

After that, you can start to get an idea of who Paperboy Prince is– an avant-garde candidate running to become New York City's mayor, who has some of the most colorful campaign videos out there.

His platform includes: cancel rent, abolish the police, and legalize psychedelics.

Maybe he still wasn't interesting enough so of course, he also identifies as non-binary. 🙄

Paperboy Prince has called for reparations for the communities impacted by the War on Drugs and hosted a "smoke out" protest, on June 6th, in Manhattan where he dressed up in some sort of costume and handed out marijuana and threw cash in the air.

Well, that's one way to get votes!

It was an odd ritual-like performance. People gathered around him and watched in awe as he puffed on joints of all sizes and hit a bong.

People would put their hands together, as if receiving Communion, to get a piece of weed and some edibles. They would thank him and some practically bowed to him.

In this video, you can watch him (if you're brave enough) rap songs that he wrote for both Governor Andrew Cuomo and Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams.

BUT at about the 4:20 min mark (hehe) Paperboy says something interesting:

"I was smoking right here yesterday, I met with AOC... at this park right over here"

Oh man, how much would you give to hear how that conversation went? What would they have talked about???

Although, on June 22nd, Paperboy only received 3,432 votes in the primaries. He didn't even come in last...

There are currently two candidates with fewer votes than a guy that dresses like a hipster genie and drives around what he calls the "love bus."

Paperboy told The Wall Street Journal:

"I'm going to create a utopia, because anything less is not an option."

He may have been defeated this time, but something tells me this won't be the last we see of this Prince.

After all... he is really hard to miss.
