Here We Go Again: Another Company Renaming "Derogatory" Brand Name

The Woke Monster continues on the prowl. We must ask the question again: is anyone safe?

This time it is Dreyer's ice cream. After more than 100 years of producing their famous Eskimo Pie, Dreyer's has renamed its flagship product to Edy's Pie, after one of the company's founders.

"We are committed to being a part of the solution on racial equality, and recognize the term is derogatory," said Elizabell Marquez, head of marketing for its parent Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, the U.S. subsidiary for Froneri, in a statement to FOX Business. "This move is part of a larger review to ensure our company and brands reflect our people values."

The company stopped production on the ice cream bars back in June and has apparently spent the last 4 months trying to come up with a non-offensive name for the beloved treat. Yes, this is what 4 months of hard, anti-racist, work will produce.

Once again, another blow to racism comes by defeating the evil that is a friendly cartoon character on a box of food.

I have to bring out DJ Khaled again:
