Party of Unity: The Dems Are Having Not One, But THREE Unprecedented Responses To Their Own Leader's State Of The Union Address
· Mar 1, 2022 · NottheBee.com

Ahead of tonight's State of the Union, the Democratic party is far from unified.

The Democrats are having not one, but THREE responses to Biden's State of the Union address.

That's right, the president's own party is already preparing for a disaster and distancing itself from the failed president with multiple responses, which has never happened before.

Squad member Rashida Tlaib will be attacking Biden from the radical far left, representing the Independent Working Families Party.

Biden's radicalism isn't radical enough for the most left-wing part of the party.

Then you have a response from the Congressional Black Caucus as well, courtesy of Colin Allred of Texas.

AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, a more centrist Democrat, Rep. Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey, will be delivering a response as well.

More from Business Insider:

Every year after the president's State of the Union, a member of the opposing party traditionally gives a formal response. This year, Gov. Kim Reynolds of Iowa is set to give the official Republican response to President Joe Biden's big speech on Tuesday night.

But, unlike in previous years, Biden will get multiple responses from his own party — a highly unusual development that reflects some of the splits within the Democratic caucus.

As of Tuesday morning, three Democratic members of Congress from across the ideological spectrum will also give their own speeches after Biden's State of the Union.

It's unprecedented for a president's own party to respond to his State of the Union address, and for it to come from two directions really highlights the troubles coming down the pipeline for Dems in November.
