Okay, am I crazy or did President Biden say during his address that he crossed the recently collapsed Francis Scott Key bridge by train?

At about 1:30 a container ship struck the Francis Scott Key bridge which I've been over many, many times, commuting from the state of Delaware, either on a train or by car.
Biden crossed the Key bridge on train...
Well, that's interesting considering it was a 4-lane highway bridge with no rail track...
Joe Biden is not okay. He either has dementia or just lies pathologically with no hesitation.
Or both. Both is possible.
