Her name was Logan Federico.
Much like Iryna Zarutska, who was stabbed earlier this month by a thug with 14 prior arrests, Federico was murdered in May in South Carolina by a man who had been arrested nearly 40 times.
Steve Federico, her father, testified about his daughter's story in D.C. during a hearing regarding the stabbing murder of Iryna.

[He] dragged her out of bed naked, forced on her knees with her hands over her head. Begging for her life. Begging for her hero, her father - me! I couldn't be there. She was 5 foot 3. She weighed 115 pounds.

Dead! Gone! Why? Because Alexander Davante Dickey, who was arrested 39 G--D--- times, 25 felonies, was on the street.
How 'bout that? How good are we doing for our families? How good are you doing for your kids? He should have been in jail for over 140 years for all the crimes he committed. You know how much time he spent in prison? A little over 600 days in ten years.
He's only 30 years old. He was committing 2.65 crimes a year!
The purpose of a system is what it does.
