Iranian university offers free tuition to US students expelled over anti-Israel protests: "These are our people."

As if it weren't blatantly obvious at this point, but the anti-Israel protesters on universities across the country have way more in common with Iran than the majority of Americans. Some might even call them terrorists.

And by "some" I mean the Islamic Republic of Iran, and they want to help.

Mohammad Moazzeni, the head of Shiraz University, located in the southern region of Fars, went on state-run television and made the following offer.

Students and even professors who have been expelled or threatened with expulsion can continue their studies at Shiraz University and I think that other universities in Shiraz, as well as Fars Province, are also prepared.

That's free tuition I can get behind.

A professor at the University of Tehran was also very excited about what he saw happening in the U.S.

He compared it to what Iran accomplished in Lebanon with Hezbollah.

These [American students] are our people.

If tensions between America and Iran rise tomorrow or the day after, these are the people who will have to take to the streets to support Iran.

Personally, I think that the potential to repeat in the U.S. what Iran did in Lebanon is much higher. Our Hezbullah-style groups in America are much larger than what we have in Lebanon.

America is the Great Satan and our main enemy.

And while the Hezbollah comments are quite concerning, the free tuition thing is unlikely to happen.

At least not for City University of New York or Columbia students, because, as it turns out, Mayor Eric Adams says that the majority of rioters occupying buildings on those campuses weren't students at all.

A "substantial number" of them were professional agitators.

Once I became aware of the outside agitators who were part of this operation, as Columbia mentioned in their letter and their request with the New York City Police Department, it was clear we had to take appropriate actions.

When our intelligence division identified those who were professionals, well-trained, one of them was married to someone that was arrested for terrorism, we knew these children were being exploited and they were in danger and it would have been irresponsible not to reply to requests from Columbia University.

Do professional agitators get free tuition in Iran?

It's too good an offer to pass up in my opinion.
