A donor kidney needed to be rushed from Padua to Rome, about 300 miles. Thankfully, the Italian State Police just happen to have a Lamborghini Huracan on hand for occasions such as these.

With an average speed of 143 mph, they made the journey in two hours (it normally takes around six).
