Brock Purdy is the starting quarterback for the best team in the NFC and he still splits rent with a roommate. And sure, he was the last pick in the draft in 2022, but dude's still making a solid $870,000 this year. Apparently, in San Francisco that's not enough to get a place of your own.
Dude lives with one of his linemen, so I'll give him props for that.
San Francisco boasts the third-highest cost of living in the U.S. behind Manhattan and Honolulu, which makes no sense once you've stepped in enough human poop while walking the sidewalks. I'm sure Brock wears his cleats for those strolls, because he's a smart fella and he can't afford an injury right now.
But it's crazy to me that this kid still lives with a roomie.
I also love the fact that he still drives his Sequoia. That's gotta be hard to do in San Francisco with all the Prius drivers staring you down.
