Now that GOP senators helped pass the Ukraine funding bill, did you see it has an "impeachment time bomb" if the next president stops providing military financing there?

There was a lot of stuff happening a few days ago around this bill and the Russian space missile scare and a bunch of other ridiculous stuff, but in all the hubbub, this is an important point many people might not have seen.

Check it out:

Here's the full memo:

Here's some of the critical stuff:

The bill includes $1.6 billion for foreign military financing in Ukraine, and $13.7 billion for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. These funds expire on September 30, 2025 - nearly a year into the possible second term of President Trump. These are the exact same accounts President Trump was impeached for pausing in December 2019 ...

If President Trump were to withdraw or pause financial support for the war in Ukraine ... 'over the objection of career experts"'it would amount to the same fake violation of budget law from the first impeachment.

Basically, this bill would make it illegal and impeachable to even pause funding for Ukraine before September 2025.

Obviously, this thwarts any motive for peace talks in Ukraine AND it would hamstring any Trump effort to end the war because he would face threat of impeachment once again.

Combine that with the insane levels of word-salad propaganda coming out of Congress.

Like, bro, why? Why does an American in your California district need to send a "strong message" that they support the government of one corrupt nation in Eastern Europe against another corrupt nation in Eastern Europe? Is it too much to ask that you just talk about all the American military companies, research labs, and shell companies set up in Ukraine as the reason we're there? You might as well shoot straight with us at this point cuz most of us know this war is all about money.

Fortunately, the bill looks to be dead in the water as House Republicans have vowed to kill it.

The Swamp needs a good draining!
