Yeah, I mean how insulting to Jill Biden to even SUGGEST that she discusses these types of decisions with Joe!
She just makes the calls and he does what she says, of course.
But to be fair to Jill Biden, she is a "doctor," so I'm sure she knows best about President Biden's mental acuity.
