Biden announced his decision to pull out of the race on Sunday afternoon.

It is now Monday morning.

And pretty much everyone, everywhere has one burning, relentless question:

Seriously. The leader of the free world made one of the most consequential political decisions in U.S. history via social media on Sunday. And he's nowhere to be found or seen? Not even a 12-second video clip posted to Facebook?

The president's own staff found out a minute before his announcement was posted on X. They were still campaigning right up until that moment!

The president also has zero events scheduled on his calendar on Monday, with the rest of the week's schedule undecided.

The heck is going on??

And the NYT named the staffer who apparently helped Biden write the letter (though not on official letterhead):

That has done little to slow the questions:
