You wanna run a women's only space or have girls-only sports? That's totally fine, except now the government gets to tell you how "woman" is defined and, hint, it's not in the way that it's been defined for all of human history.

It seems like this Washington judge is a little bolder than Ketanji Brown Jackson in that she was totally willing to define what a woman is.

And apparently, THIS is a woman, according to the district court in Washington:

Yep, this dude who still has his willy thinks he's "more of a woman" because he intentionally "chooses to be one."

Washington state is going to force a spa for women where women are required to go nude to admit this man with a penis.

The Olympus Spa had attempted to sue the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC) after being ordered to change their rules.

Trans woman Haven Wilvich had attempted to apply to join the Korean spa but was denied, alleging the spa told her 'transgender women without surgery are not welcome' and complained to the commission.

Now, a Washington District Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the spa and upheld the original ruling by the WSHRC.
