Yesterday, NBC News pulled this article out of their hat and decided to publish it.
But when they asked Ron DeSantis about the "ignored phone call":
‘I didn't know that she had called,' he said. ‘I'm not sure who they called. They didn't call me. Their characterization of it was something that they did. It wasn't anything that anybody in my office did, in terms of saying it was political.'
And then NBC News decided to bring it up to Kamala Harris, who took the bait and ran:
People are in desperate need of support right now and playing political games at this moment, in these crisis situations ... it's just utterly irresponsible, and it's selfish, and it is about political gamesmanship, instead of doing the job that you took an oath to do, which is to put the people first.
DeSantis once again hit back:
For Kamala Harris to try to say that my sole focus on the people of Florida is somehow selfish is delusional. She has no role in this ... She has never contributed anything to any of these efforts.
And it wasn't just DeSantis. President Biden chimed in on the issue:
The governor of Florida has been cooperative, he said he's gotten all that he needs. I talked to him again yesterday, I said, 'No you're doing a great job, it's all being done well, we thank you for it, and I literally gave him my personal phone number to call.
Sounds like Kamala is either lying about this phone call or she got lured into being part of this fabricated story of NBC's.
Regardless, this is making her look even less competent than she already was.
(Think Biden did that on purpose??)
