You know, when it comes to people realizing the error of their ways and correcting past wrongs, I guess it's good to take it any way you can get it.
Still, this pretty bizarre lol:
Kanye West says he's done a 180 on his views about Jewish people and is no longer an antisemite -- thanks to actor Jonah Hill.
The rapper took to Instagram Friday night to announce that he was watching the 2012 film, "21 Jump Street," starring Hill and Channing Tatum, when he had his epiphany about the Jewish race.
Yep, real:
Me over here trying to make sense of Kanye's spiritual epiphany:
"21 Jump Street," in case you were unaware, is a 2012 film in which "police officers Schmidt and Jenko ... are forced to relive high school when they are assigned to go undercover as high school students to prevent the outbreak of a new synthetic drug and arrest its supplier."
Me looking for what exactly in a 10-year-old screwball reboot buddy-cop movie could have made someone who was literally just praising Hitler stop being anti-Semitic:
I mean, again, I'm not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth here. If Kanye is no longer anti-Semitic, that's really good. We should be happy about that even if he arrived there by baffling means.
I'm just saying I'm gonna go back and watch "21 Jump Street" and see if I can figure out what exactly did it for him, because this whole thing has me stumped.
