Report: Church of England tells clergy to drop "problematic" Christmas hymns as to not offend unbelievers with basic Christian teachings

The Church of England has got some real deep issues, doesn't it?

Leaked reports from some clergy within the church claim the higher-ups sent out an email asking churches to either drop or modify traditional Christmas hymns that might offend non-Christians.

From Breitbart:

A whistleblowing vicar has claimed that priests throughout England have been urged to modify Advent hymns and Christmas carols, The Telegraph reports.

According to the broadsheet, 'O Come, O Come, Emmanuel' was identified as being potentially offensive for suggesting that other religions are 'outside of God's grace'.

You mean to tell me that a CHRISTIAN celebration of the birth of CHRIST might not be inclusive to those outside of CHRIST? Is that what you're trying to tell me?

Does ... does the Church of England actually believe that other religions are INSIDE of God's grace? If so, they better let Jesus Christ know that they believe the opposite of what He said!

Additionally, 'Lo, He Comes With Clouds Descending' had been flagged for containing 'problematic words' because it affirms that Jesus Christ is the 'true Messiah'.

(If you don't believe this then you are not a Christian.)

In an email sent out to the diocese in Birmingham, priests were reportedly told: 'Try to use language that won't add further confusion or tension or take away anything from the good news of the Nativity.'

The "good news of the Nativity" is that Jesus is the "Anointed One" - "Messiah" in Hebrew and "Christ" in Greek. There literally is no reason to celebrate Christmas if you don't profess this.

Luke's Gospel (you know, in the Bible), says this:

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.

Christian leaders in England would hate for anyone to make the mistake that they believe in Christianity.

What a time to be alive!
