Elon hasn't led us astray thus far, so let's talk about the new Twitter CEO and pray he's right

Free speech.

That's what I care about as it pertains to Twitter. Elon cares about that too, which is why this announcement puzzles me:

Speech is the foundation of a free society. Any space that purports to be a public square must uphold the right of people to say what they believe and discuss those views in a civil manner.

Two of the largest entities that want to end our right for discussion under the label of "misinformation" are the World Economic Forum and the legacy media, which is why red flags started exploding like tactical nukes in my brain when I saw the resumé of Elon Musk's choice for Twitter CEO:

Yep, she worked at NBCUniversal for over a decade as the chair of global advertising and partnerships, and also leads a WEF task force. Yay!

It gets even worse when you listen to what Linda has said:

She loves masks, social justice, and equity.

Anyone who has spent 5 minutes studying the the current Marxist hellscape in DC, the media, the academy, the arts, and Wall Street knows that this is the language of the woke.

And the Woke Monster does not share power.

So I'm not joking when I laugh-cry at the reality of it all.

Elon, for his part, says we can trust Linda. She's making everyone upset – which, to him, probably seems like evidence that she's a good pick.

But if you use the buzzwords of the Woke Religion, the mind virus already has you. You might as well say that a faithful Wahhabi Muslim jihadi will allow everyone to operate by the democratic ideals of free speech. Such things don't spring out of a vacuum: Belief in inalienable rights enumerated in charters like the US Constitution came out of hundreds of years of philosophical thought... thought that the neo-Marxist movement seeks to "decolonize" and "deconstruct."

In short, from my perspective, you are putting a person with an ideology designed to explicitly destroy "Western" concepts like free speech into a position to lead a company that exists to promote free speech.

It's like appointing a fox to guard the henhouse. I don't get it!

Has Linda been, as the cool kids say, redpilled? Is she going to defend a Christian mom who says holding drag shows for third graders is wrong? Is she going to allow actual diversity of thought on the platform, or she merely there to aim the company back in line with the status quo of the elites?

What happened to BASED ELON?

There was a push over the last half century to make our corporations and institutions more diverse and caring and equal. But behind the movements for civil rights were more nefarious characters who wanted to fundamentally change the social contract. They were critical of Karl Marx's view of societal revolution, but not of the idea of perpetual revolution itself.

The West was honeytrapped into appointing Big Brother and turning our nations into 1984 by a bunch of middle managers in HR departments that said they were about "tolerance" and "inclusivity" but actually meant "my way or the highway" and "thoughtcrimes shall be punished."

This is what allowed the network of collusion between the FBI, Big Tech, and the White House that kept ordinary people from seeing things they deemed false. Of course, their beliefs on what was false ended up having a dismal batting average, so all they did was sow hatred and muddle up the truth.

Powerful people want Twitter to be reigned in. It was the information laundering platform, but Elon nuked that. I cannot believe in good faith that a woman who works as an advertising executive at a major media network AND as a chairwoman for a committee of the globalist WEF will lead Twitter to a better place.

Prove me wrong, Linda! Please!

I'll leave you with this interview Linda did with Elon in April where she pushed him to readopt content moderation influenced by advertisers (censorship) on the platform:
