It was such an insignificant event in the history of the country, especially in Biden's political career, who could expect him to remember one of the MOST FAMOUS POLITICIANS OF THE 21St CENTURY!?

It looks like Biden is more likely to remember a person's religion than little things like their name, as Ari Fleischer from the Bush administration points out.
