West Virginia Governor, Joe Justice, took some time from his State of the State Address last night to send a message to Bette Midler after her comments about the people of West Virginia:
Babydog tells Bette Midler and all those out there: Kiss her hiney!
The governor then turned the dog's rear end toward the camera.
This was Bette Midler's tweet from a month ago mocking the entire state of West Virginia:
