Remember when the Biden Administration made the recordings of his interview with agent Robert Hur disappear because they questioned Biden's mental ability to stand trial in his classified documents probe?

Well, it wasn't the recordings that disappeared per se, those were deemed too sensitive for release. But the Justice Department said there were no transcripts of those recordings that could be redacted to hide classified information.

That is, until yesterday. Apparently, now that Biden is out of the running for president, transcripts for all 70 hours of those interviews have magically appeared out of nowhere; almost as if they were produced at the time the recordings were made.

The Justice Department told a federal judge late Monday that it has located transcripts it previously denied having of President Joe Biden's talks with a biographer that played a role in the recently completed criminal investigation into Biden's handling of classified material before he became president.

Funny how that works.

But wait, there's more.

According to court documents, the Feds have also decided not only to stop stonewalling Freedom of Information requests, but help them along.

These transcripts were indeed the transcripts referred to in the Hur Report, though they were not cited in any of the Passages in Plaintiffs' FOIA request.

… The Department plans to confer with Plaintiffs about whether they would like the Department to process these additional records and the impact of these developments on Plaintiffs' challenge to the adequacy of Defendant's search.

Unbelievable!

Who knows what all they've got Biden lined up to play scapegoat for...

If the Deep State wasn't worried that Trump was coming back, they wouldn't bother throwing Biden under the bus like this.
