Kilmar is such a darling to the political left that we've created a category on our site just for him.
In April, Kilmar was deported to his home country, El Salvador, but a media frenzy led to Democrat senator visiting him and demanding he be returned. A Democrat judge agreed, so the Trump admin flew him back to the U.S. and promptly arrested him for human trafficking, while also revealing more about his domestic abuse allegations.
A judge tried to stop ICE from deporting him again with an order in July, but it seems the Trump admin decided to ignore that order.
Now, instead of being returned home, Kilmar is set to be deported to Uganda after the United States reached a deportation agreement with the African nation last week.
Backed by Democrat donors, however, Kilmar has filed another lawsuit in a bid to continue staying in the U.S., where he has been living illegally.
