Matt Drudge, reclusive godfather of internet news, issued a rare tweet Monday morning which seems to indicate that despite speculation, he still runs his news aggregator The Drudge Report -- and never stopped.

"Personally, have not missed a day in over 25 years" along with a screen shot of his December page views clocking in at two-thirds of a billion...
Despite the massive change in political direction, it seems to still be Matt captaining the Drudge Report ship.
And love him or hate him, he will be a major factor in the upcoming elections.
