Matthew McConaughey doesn't want vax mandates for kids, reveals his kids are not vaccinated

Alright, alright, alright!

Watch McConaughey try for three minutes to desperately navigate between the various camps that will bite his head off for his answer on the topic (in case the video doesn't start at the timestamp, watch minute 21-24):

We'll skip over the following segment where McConaughey gives a super squishy answer about abortion and when a human being becomes a human being.

Here you have a Hollywood darling who openly admits that he doesn't want to get his kids vaccinated against Covid, even though he has a 90-year-old immunocompromised mother, because he and his family have assessed the risk and have decided there's no need for the kids to get a brand-new shot for a disease that is insanely unlikely to hurt a healthy child.

We go slow on vaccinations anyway, even before Covid... I couldn't mandate having to vaccinate the younger kids. I still want to find out more information.

Obviously, the actor is an alt-right peddler in disinformation. Someone get a CDC Gestapo squad on the line!

Oh wait... apparently they and the Surgeon General are already on the move to address this thoughtcrime!

McConaughey continued:

There's gonna come a time though, and there has already in these last two years obviously, where you're gonna have to roll the dice one way or the other and go, where are the numbers in my favor.

Another way to put this is that every individual, being made equal in the image of God, has inalienable rights and personal agency that should be respected above all mandates and public policy.

(Especially when you've got a near-100% chance of survival in a given scenario.)

It's funny how most people have this curious idea that people should be free!
