As the transgender zeitgeist continues, we can no doubt expect more and more stories of young people who were mentally shanghaied by social media into embracing a twisted and life-changing ideology:
Take Ash Eskridge. Like many young people today, Ash unfortunately found herself suffering from depression at age 12.
She found solace on TikTok, she said, specifically in videos in which influencers were "saying how that transitioning saved their life." She came to believe that she herself needed to "transition" to a "boy" in order to cure her depression, so she could be happy. So that's what she did.
Her parents, very unfortunately for her, were "supportive" of her decision to begin dressing and acting like a boy. At 16 she began taking testosterone. The results were all too predictable:
Ash was not happy with the changes wrought by the synthetic hormones. The new body hair felt "gross." Her deepened voice made her "uncomfortable." Nothing about it felt natural.
In April of this year she decided to abandon this poisonous lifestyle after having a dream about being a girl. She has since become a sharp and persistent critic of the transgender cult.
She noted that her attempts at being a boy led her to misery and drug use. Reflecting on that destructive behavior, she pointed out:
"I assumed this was because I wasn't male enough, but it was really because I wasn't a male at all."
Glad you made it back, Ash, and glad you're using your experience to help others.
