Knowles feels that the timing in October 2024 was a bit fishy. There was a certain thing called "the most divisive election in our lifetimes" happening and he was a political commentator on the side being compared to Nazis.

Knowles followed Stripe's advice and reached out to X, which told him the issue was on Stripe's end.
This led him to the conclusion that he must have violated some kind of terms of service - the unwritten kind, he says, that comes with having conservative beliefs.
Stripe probably should have stayed quiet after this.
Instead, after Knowles published this info, a manager at Stripe took over for the social media intern and wrote this interesting reply:
WUT.
What does that mean??
Stripe processed $1.4 TRILLION in payments last year. They are the largest payment processing platform in the U.S., with nearly 70% of the market share.
Is Stripe saying that leftwing politicians and judges ordered them to de-bank a conservative Christian for saying and believing conservative Christian things??
