Michelle Obama on women's reproductive system: "The least of what it does is produce life."

As far as "beyond parody" goes, this quote from Michelle Obama is right up there with the best of them.

Watch:

To be fair to Michelle, she doesn't say "the least important thing." This is what she said:

Women's reproductive health is about our life. It's about this whole complicated reproductive system that does -- the least of what it does is produce life. It's a very important thing that it does, but you only produce life if the machine that's producing it -- if you wanna, you know, whittle us down to a machine -- if the machine is functioning in a healthy, streamlined kind of way.

Yes, women are more than "machines." Yes, women's health is about more than babies.

But the "least" - the smallest, most inconsequential - part of a woman's reproductive system is her ability to have a child? And Obama wants lawmakers/religious leaders to accept this argument so they'll be more accepting of abortion?

So many men have no idea about what women go through. We haven't been researched, we haven't been considered, and it still affects the way that a lot of male lawmakers, a lot of male politicians, and lot of male religious leaders think about choice [read: abortion], as if it's just about the fetus, the baby.

The heck does she mean by that? Abortion gobbledegook at its finest.

A normal person would celebrate motherhood and babies. But these days, liberals will say anything to earn themselves brownie points with the pro-baby-murder sect of their party by (literally) cutting the child out of the equation.

It honestly sounds like an answer a man would give about the female reproductive system...
