A few weeks ago, Mike Tyson launched his new ear-shaped edibles and yes, they come with a bite taken out of them.

It's nice to see the former heavyweight boxing champion poke fun at himself and I have to admit, the only reason I've ever heard of him is because the infamous bite he took out of his opponent Evander Holyfield's ear in 1997.
Mike Bites made by Tyson 2.0 will be sold at dispensaries in three states, Massachusetts, California, and Nevada BUT they are BANNED in Colorado.
The state law prohibits marijuana edibles from being shaped like humans, animals, fruit, or other images that could attract children.
The 2021 Colorado Marijuana Handbook requires cannabis products to be "clearly identifiable, when practicable, with a standard symbol indicating that they contain marijuana and are not for consumption by children." Goodies must also be in child-proof packaging "that is placed in an opaque and resealable exit package or container prior to exiting the store."
The Vancouver Sun reported: Earlier in 2022, Canadian researchers reported that 500-plus children under the age of 10 had to be taken to emergency departments across Ontario for cannabis poisoning over a five-year period straddling pre- and post-legalization of recreational weed.
Yikes...
"The legalization of edible cannabis products appears to be a key factor," Dr. Daniel Myran, a family physician at The Ottawa Hospital and lead author of the study, pointed out.
The company still plans on selling in the state but will "shape-shift" into a "T" to abide by the laws.
They plan on releasing the gummies in additional states later this year... you know, if you like doing drugs in the form of bloody gummy ears...
