Lefty teachers are upset because conservative states want to ban queer pornographic books from public schools. How unreasonable!
Anyways, in states like Tennessee, teachers and librarians are required to register the books in their classrooms so that parents can see the books and make sure their kids aren't being taught woke nonsense.
But this teacher in Nashville doesn't want to comply, so she's telling the whole world her plan to lie and hide books from parents.
A pretty good rule of thumb, if you feel the need to hide what you're showing kids from their parents then you probably shouldn't be showing it to kids.
Definitional groomer behavior.
I am an educated professional in my field. I mean, I went to school for this, I attend ongoing PDs, I'm certified. I'm more than competent to make decisions for my students in my classroom.
And because you think your education degree from a woke school and your certification means YOU know more than parents about what is best for THEIR children you have completely disqualified yourself.
The sense of entitlement and superiority here is truly quite sickening.
When you take away teachers' autonomy and teachers' trust, then why would we want to work in a profession where I have to be so completely micromanaged?
Hey, that's a good point! Why don't you quit?
If the standard of "don't give our kids porn" or "don't teach our kids racist CRT" is too strict for you and makes you feel uncomfortable, then take a hike!
She then goes on to talk about the six-year-old kid who shot his teacher as if school policy will allow kids to take guns into schools.
This is one of the morons who teaches your kids if you send them to government schools.
And I kind of just feel like...
Oh, you know this will be good.
I'm at the point where I just don't care. I'm not doing it, I'm not participating, I think that it is stupid, I think that it is degrading to even ask teachers in the little amount of time we have, to complete this task.
Umm, how bout if you spent time on your job instead of flaunting your insubordination on TikTok.
This has to be a fireable offense, right?
I'm more than educated and certified to pick age appropriate books for my kids...
They're not your kids, you unhinged narcissist!
I don't need someone from the state or whoever to micromanage me and my classroom. And if it's coming to that point I'm almost like, maybe this isn't for me. Should I get out now?
Yes, it's not for you. You should get out.
