I challenge you to find a bigger dweeb and soy boy than the mayor of Nashville, Tennessee.
Truly, an embarrassment to the state.
This is a tough moment and I am heartbroken that today many of our neighbors in Nashville are experiencing fear over family separation rather than the safety that we all deserve.
The trauma inflicted on families is long lasting and I'm doing everything in my power consistent with applicable law to protect anyone who calls Nashville home.
Let's pause and realize this is all in response to this type of thing:
State highway patrol works with federal law enforcement to turn illegal border crossers and invaders over to ICE.
When they are arrested, they are separated from their families (because duh), but the Left frames it as "family separation" instead of "criminals going to jail."
To fund the narrative spin, Mayor Freddie O'Connell has launched the "Belonging Fund" to fund foreign criminals who illegally entered the United States (AKA people who do not belong here).
The name of the fund is rooted in insights from Imagine Nashville, a citywide visioning initiative that gathered input from over 10,000 residents. Belonging emerged as one of Nashville's most widely shared values, and the findings showed that seventy-five percent of Nashville's Hispanic neighbors expressed a strong sense of belonging. This fund exists to reinforce that connection at a time when it may feel most at risk.

This is a fund created for the expressed purpose to help illegal aliens live in the city of Nashville without fear of being deported back to their homes.
Just in case you're still confused about Democrat priorities.
This is a first of its kind fund supporting our immigrant and refugee community in moments of crisis, which have been many in that community over the past several weeks.
To be clear, he's talking about the arrest of 100 illegal aliens, including MS-13 and TDA gangbangers, who were arrested by DHS.
Nashville needs a new mayor.
