NY Gov. Kathy Hochul Repeatedly Claims After Mass Shootings That The First Amendment Doesn't Protect Hate Speech

After the mass shooting in Buffalo this weekend, New York Governor Kathy Hochul has come out against the REAL bad guy here.

No, it's not the shooter. And this time, the biggest villain isn't even the gun itself.

No, this time the target of the left has been placed solely on the right, and Hochul is declaring "hate speech" as the culprit behind these mass shootings.

Governor Hochul went on all the Sunday shows this week and made the same very false claim that "hate speech" is not protected under the First Amendment.

Here she is on NBC:

On ABC:

On CBS:

Hochul got the narrative message across: Aim your guns at Tucker Carlson and "white supremacy." They are the true enemies here.

Claim that there are all sorts of "hate speech" on the right and use this shooting as an excuse to bully social media companies into restricting speech.

She goes on this tirade against "hate speech" and then falsely claims, over and over, that "hate speech" isn't free speech.

Of course, she's lying about this as Glenn Greenwald has pointed out.

But Hochul wants the Ministry of Truth out there monitoring all speech to make sure no one says anything is offensive!

Yep, today it's Tucker, tomorrow it's Elon.

She wants social media to moderate speech so it helps the Democrat Party, and she'll stand on the graves of these victims this weekend to do it.
