The guy that jumps out of the car? Oh, it appears that is just a large black man exiting his vehicle completely unprovoked after spotting the white child, and sneaking up behind him, giddily tip-toeing up to his back before crow-hopping and sucker-punching the kid with a full-power haymaker to the face.
