Yes, that's Burbank Mayor Konstantine Anthony, who wants graphic sex books in schools.

The Drag Queen did say in his promotion that it wasn't suitable for kids, but Libs of TikTok found photos of the event with at least one child present.

I'd say the mayor has some 'splaining to do.

I should also note that the spanking was posted publicly on Instagram. The mayor was glad to brag about his perversion in that public forum.
