Not only is the leftist NYT super hypocritical (SHOCKER!) when it comes to supporting unions and leftist labor policies, but their employees are angry that they have to do things like actually work!
I understand the desire to have a raise in this economy, but these woke news employees should realize that The NYT has stumped for the very policies that have slashed the purchasing power of their dollar. It's their fault.
Or does the lady in the Bernie hat not understand how socialism works?
And while I understand that making less than $65,000 in a city like NYC is basically living below the poverty line, these knuckleheads think that mandating minimum wage will makes things better instead of letting skills, experience, and merit drive up salaries in a competitive marketplace.
In other words, if you want to incentivize your boss to pay you more, give 110%, don't whine, and prove that you're indispensable to the company. Don't demand handouts after causing your own financial woes.
