Can you imagine four more years of this??
We just got what looks to be the worst job report so far of the entire Biden-Harris administration, with preliminary numbers showing job growth has grown completely stale.
And this is before they adjust the numbers (the adjusted numbers almost always look worse).
Nonfarm payrolls increased by 12,000 for the month, down sharply from September and below the Dow Jones estimate for 100,000.
We only added 10% of the expected job growth. TWELVE THOUSAND across a nation of 340+ MILLION people!!!
HOLY. MOLY.
We have 100,000 fewer jobs than we thought we had. That's a really bad number ... we've got something structurally really wrong with this economy.
Most devastating of all are the manufacturing jobs lost.
In the report narrative, the BLS noted that the Boeing strike likely subtracted 44,000 jobs in the manufacturing sector, which lost 46,000 positions overall.
Even if you take out the Boeing strike, we are losing manufacturing jobs in the US.
The weak October report also included substantial downward revisions from previous months. August was cut to just a gain of 78,000 while September's initial estimate came down to 223,000. Together, the net revisions lowered previously reported job creation totals by 112,000.
Here's a good breakdown of the numbers.
This is just about the worst possible outcome Kamala could have expected 4 days before the election ... but it's her economy and she has to own it!
