Oscar-nominated actor worth millions says he's struggling to make a living because of systemic racism

Here's an Oscar-nominated actor who hasn't checked his privilege lately:

Yup, that's African actor Djimon Hounsou, and he says he's struggling to make a living because Hollywood treats him unfairly, presumably - judging by his statements on "systemic racism" - because he is black.

You know him from movies such as Blood Diamond, In America, and Amistad. He's been working in show biz for 30 years, and he's finally made it in Hollywood over the past two decades or so. But his millions in net worth just isn't enough for him. He's "struggling financially to make a living," and "definitely underpaid," being the mid-level actor that he is.

Diversity "still has a long way to go," says Hounsou. "Systemic racism don't change like that anytime soon," he says.

Okay, I'm sorry, but this is dumb. Just awful and dumb. He's is full of himself if he thinks Hollywood owes him anything.

"Struggling financially."

You're a millionaire!!
