Paw Patrol snack packs recalled because their packaging has URL that leads to porn
· Sep 6, 2023 · NottheBee.com

Lidl, a UK grocery giant has issued an urgent recall for Paw Patrol snacks sold in their stores.

Apparently on the packaging of the snack packs, there's a link to a defunct website.

And that website's url has been taken over by Chinese pornographers.

They warn that the content is unsuitable for children, but really what parent just lets their kid run amuck on the internet these days?

Oh that's right.

The website in question used to belong to the manufacturer of the Paw Patrol snacks, Appy Food and Drinks.

Apparently that company went insolvent in 2022, which would explain how they lost control of their website.

It does not explain how we're just now having a recall.

Lidl must have had a ton of those Paw Patrol snacks left in their warehouses to still be selling them nearly a year later.

Whatever the case, since the original manufacturer is out of business and can no longer recall the stock, Lidl says the products can be returned to their stores for a full refund.

So go get your money back mums and dads, and don't follow the link.
