According to a report from Reduxx, a rapist pedophile was granted a transfer to a women's prison after suddenly identifying as "trans."
He then proceeded to rape the female inmates.
"Carissa Marie" Radcliffe, previously known as Frederick Radcliffe, was serving a prison sentence for several sex crimes, including the rape of a 13 year-old girl. He was a known dangerous abuser, as evidenced by this article from the Ottawa Citizen in 2010:
He was declared a Dangerous Offender in 2010, a status which requires him to be imprisoned indefinitely.
Reduxx warned about this creep back in 2023 when he was transferred to a female facility, but the Canadian authorities did nothing.
Now, it appears the rapist has raped several female inmates, prompting an investigation.
According to one advocate:
[Correctional Service of Canada] is aware that [Radcliffe] has sexually assaulted women on compound and are pulling them all in to be interviewed.
