Watch: Pennsylvania school board member says electing qualified "cis white male" for district president would "send the wrong message"

Here's some more critical theory in action.

Mr. D'elia would make an excellent president, however, I feel that electing the only cis white male on this board as president of our district sends the wrong message to this community.

What message? That you AREN'T racist?

Because publicly rejecting someone on the basis of their race and gender is definitely bigoted.

Is her campaign slogan "don't vote for whitey"?

A message that is contrary to what we, as a board, have been trying to accomplish.

I think that it's important that we practice what we preach and that our words have strength when they are spoken. Whether we speak them from neighborhood sidewalks or behind these tables.

She could have just voted for the other candidate.

But this woke, virtue-signaling, liberal white lady wanted EVERYONE to know that she was voting based on race and sex and nothing else.

Sure, both candidates are qualified. But vote for the black woman because of "equity" or something. It has to be embarrassing if you're the black woman running for the position to have everyone know you were chosen because of your victim points.

Well, most people would be embarrassed.
