The president of Planned Parenthood, responsible for a third of a million abortions each year in the U.S. alone, endorsed Biden (shocker) and actually called 2020 "literally a life and death election."

"This is literally a life and death election," Alexis McGill Johnson, acting president of Planned Abortionhood, told NPR. "We felt like we can't endure another four years of Trump; we have to do everything we can to get him out of office."

If that's not enough to showcase their panfish-level self-awareness, Johnson also said Planned Parenthood "empowers families and young people":

EMPOWER FAMILIES AND YOUNG PEOPLE.

Note well: Biden said in the video that he'll "do everything in his power to expand access to quality, affordable health care for women."

Translation: He'll do everything in his power to increase the number of abortions in America.
