Yes, that's Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, and he's doing some sort of Somali dance, which is totally not cultural appropriation or anything because he's a Democrat.

Apparently this is from Somaliweek, a Twin Cities festival with the mission of building "a vibrant and inclusive community where Somali youth are empowered with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive, achieve their goals, and contribute positively to society."

Needless to say, the Twin Cities are falling into Somali hands. Might as well rename Saint Paul "Mogadishu" at this point.

Believe it or not, this isn't Mayor Frey's first time culturally appropriating dance.
