Police need your help to find a woman who tried and failed to escape her abductor at an Arizona gas station

Serious stuff here.

Here are the details from local station AZ Family:

Buckeye Sgt. Tamala Skaggs says last Friday, just after 10 p.m., a witness called 911, stating she witnessed a man dragging a woman into a car at a Circle K off Interstate 10 and Watson Road. 'The witness was extremely concerned and called it in as a possible abduction,' Skaggs said. That witness was the only one to call authorities, police said.

Surveillance video shows a man in a gray SUV pulled up to the gas station. The woman reportedly got out of the SUV and started running toward the store. The video then shows the driver getting out of the car and running at the woman before putting her in an apparent chokehold. He then dragged her back into the car before driving off.

The sergeant said many details remain unknown, including the relationship between the man and woman. 'Help provide us with information so we may identify them and help and see if that woman is OK,' Skaggs said. 'There's too many unknowns in this investigation, unfortunately. That video right now is what we have.'

The vehicle is described as a 2021-2023 Nissan Rouge, but the license plate wasn't captured on video. 'The timing in this investigation is extremely crucial. Watching that video, we are concerned for that female. Again, we urge anybody with information to come forward,' Skaggs said.

Get it done, ladies and gentlemen.
