The U.S. Postal Service was the focus of some consternation late Friday when it was reported that the entire federal agency would be exempt from Joe Biden's coercive vaccine mandate:
It wouldn't be the most surprising thing in the world: The USPS is fully unionized, and unions have been notoriously resistant to vaccine mandates since the start of the year.
But then it turned out that the postal service actually is covered by the mandate... sort of?
Okay, so... Postal workers do not have to get vaccinated merely because Joe Biden told them to.
But they will have to get vaccinated because Joe Biden told the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to tell them to get vaccinated.
Got it. Makes sense.
